"Legacy showed up on time. Removed my old metal roof. Then had to remove the layer of shingles under it. Followed up with all new shingles. The team did an amazing job. The roof looks amazing. Would hire them for other projects with out 2nd thought"

"I should have read all the reviews. My husband and I are getting our home ready to sell in a year or so. I am taking bids on a few projects. I left a message on Angie's List for this company. Their office called me back very quickly. We went over all the things I would like to have accomplished. At the end of the call, she said my husband and I both would have to be there for the estimate. I explained we are busy, and that she should have told me that at the onset of the call; I should have asked, as well. I explained, I am the one taking bids on the projects we have to have done. I know there are a lot of people out there that have a problem with this type of business practice. I don't appreciate the assumption that only one person can make a decision. I have been taking bids for these projects, and this company so far is the only one who has required both my husband, and I be there. I question their motives. I will send a separate email to Angie's List to explain why I feel companies should not have a spouse present practice and why I will continue to complain about this procedure and not do business with them.  This review is the only negative review I have given."

He answered all our questions, and we signed a detailed contract at a fair price. His crew was able to start the next week. Brandon calls and texts kept me informed of when things would happen, so there were no surprises. I had roofed my house myself two times in the past, and this crew of six took care to do a quality job. They protected the windows, siding, and deck and did a great job cleaning up. "There were some issues because some of the gutters didn't get done. There were some issues. He couldn't get to them or something like that. I think he could do better. He didn't do much let's put it like that. We have already a gutter system in place. He didn't clean all of it, I think some were too high, I don't think he had a big ladder. I can't remember the exact price. I told him we didn't need a cleaning we wanted an inspection of the gutters. It wasn't quite what I wanted."
