"Installer came to house and removed the old seal Installed new seal that was not the same as the original one requiring exposed screws at outside face of garage door. Installer recommended I buy foam backer rod to insert in the end of the new seal to help prevent leaks since light was visible at the ends. Purchased backer rod and installed. It eventually fell out. I was not happy that the installer did not provide and install the backer rod as part of the cost of the installation. I later found out the garage door was installed by a different company. They removed the incorrect seal and replaced with the correct one for my door."
