The repairman showed without any knowledge of the repair...which is odd since I specifically told the person on the phone when scheduling, what was wrong and what I expected to be the solution. So my repairman had to leave to get the valve to replace (which I had expected to be something they would have brought with them). Took twice as long due to the non-communication between dispatch and repairman. Repairman was great. Repair is great. Paid the hourly rate, plus $9 bucks for the part."

Only glitch was with Subcontractor doing the concrete who assured Elliott Concrete would set up in very cold weather and as a result apx 30 Feet of curbing needs to be redone. Elliot acknowledged remaining work to be repaired when weather permits it. Have full confidence that repair will take place as promised and it was also not Elliots fault. They were also the lowest bid by a wide margin and still did high quality work!!"
