They knew we had a baby on the way, and both reception and consultants worked to get here quickly; painters were scheduled quickly and completed the work on time (a bit early, actually). The work looks clean, professional, and has incredible attention to detail. They worked to choose products that were specific to the needs of our home, like tobacco staining and lead encapsulation. After a consultation and some measurements we had a shopping list and some guidelines. Chip would check in from time to time and was available to answer any questions we had during the purchasing phase.
