"Brad and his team installed commercial grade monkey bars in our backyard. My husband and I had originally planned on doing the install ourselves, only to realize we were in way over our heads. We contacted Brad and immediately felt at ease by how knowledgeable and professional he was. Tank disconnected and sawed into pieces so they could be carried up and out. Not a drop spilled. Used window fan to keep odor down. Feed and vent lines removed and holes in block wall cemented over. Prompt estimate, on time for job, quickly and efficiently done and gone. Owner very pleasant person. <br />"

"We were in need of a Kitchen renovation and window replacement. Contacted a few contractors only to find out that their actions did not live up to their reviews. After much research along came A B Graham Contracting. His estimate was very detailed and spelled out what was included in the entire scope of the project. We hired him. Prior to the start of the project we needed a design for them to work from. With plans in hand, Andrew and his crew of Joe and Jeff came in and methodically went about the kitchen transformation. Over the course of several weeks our dream became reality. Their eye for detail and suggestions were welcomed and made for a better end product. The kitchen also flowed into doing the dining room. We gave them a blank canvas for that room and they nailed that renovation. When they saw something that didn't look right, they mentioned it to us and gave us their expert opinions. "They did a good job on the siding. The owner has 3 sons and they rotated on the job so if I spoke to one son, the next day I had no ides if my message had been passed on so I had to repeat daily. I asked for 2 specific things before I hired them. 1. To pull up some deck boards to make sure the siding wouldn't have a gap if I replaced the deck at a later date and 2. To create a build out around a drain pipe so I could install a retractable awning. I was assured after they examined the area that it wouldn't be a problem and it was figured into the cost, or so I thought. On the first day of the job, son one explained why they couldn't pull up the deck boards and it made sense but why couldn't his brother have figured it out? On the final day of the job, son 3 informed me that he couldn't create the build out to attach an awning and suggested I get a patio umbrella. It seems that the $8,000 I paid for the job didn't include those items. They also were to repair a leak on my roof. After they finished, my husband realized the the material he used for small patches was gone and we could only assume they used it, thinking it was theirs are carted the rest of it away.There was no discount for the work they didn't do. <br> <br>The $2000 I spent on was wasted because  the work on my roof deck was pretty bad. They started by pressure washing the deck with such force, they damaged the old wood. I could see sawdust across the rooftop and the wood is now furrowed. I picked a color from the Restore 10 color palette and as soon as they started the work, I realized it was too light. Rather than offering to try and darken it or switch colors, they told me it had to "cure". When I later complained to the father, he said the city pollution would take care of the problem. When son 2 did the deck, he said he would come back after the siding was finished to touch up any scrapes caused by the workmen. When I asked when he would return, they were surprised and treated it as an imposition. He did come back and went over a few areas and then handed me the can so my husband and I (both seniors) can fix any additional areas. When I saw the can, I realized that they used the Restore 4 product. I asked about the discrepancy and was told that they never intended to use to stronger product but since the colors  were the same, they just used the brochure to show choices. Living in a downtown area, I share rooftops with my neighbor who reluctantly agreed to let the workmen put planters, tables, chairs. etc on his roof. I told them that my neighbor was not happy and worried about damage to his roof. I had to ask them to put everything back on my deck over the weekend rather than leaving it stacked up on my neighbor property. The men who actually installed the siding were great but I would never use this company again <br>"

"The project went very well. This is the second major project where we used MK Remodeling. We had a couple of issues with products that were outside of MK's control but they were very diligent in following up with the companies to ensure that we received replacement parts, i.e. a couple of damaged doors received as well as a broken window. We were very pleased with the way MK worked with us and the cabinet company/window company to ensure complete satisfaction on our part."

"Robbie was a life saver, as I wasn't sure how I was going to deal with the filing the two doors. He let me know the glass door didn't have a real lock but he could put one in to match my front door. He even suggested which glass door would be best (I have three.) He was very personable, friendly, helpful, and willing to do the extra job that suddenly came up without a fuss. He spent a few hours making sure he covered all the bases and that I was satisfied. He even phoned me cause he saw me lingering at the front door lock when he was pulling away to make sure everything was okay. (I was actually trying to take the combination key lock off the door which had nothing to do with the work he did.) You can imagine how exhausted my husband and I are with this big move, and to have someone come in and take something unexpected off our list with such attention to detail was just amazing! I will without a doubt recommend Harvey's services to anyone."

"We LOVE our slide-out shelves!  Tom, Tony, and their installer Scott were all awesome to deal with.  These guys came out to our house in mid-July for an on-site quote, and we had our stuff installed in less than 2 weeks.  The craftsmanship of their shelves is excellent, and their price was great compared to ShelfGenie, who had a much longer lead time for installation.   <br /> We asked them to retrofit our existing drawers with Blum full extension slides, which they were able to do pretty easily.     <br /> All in all, it was a great experience.  They're polite, on-time, easy to deal with, and they did exactly what we asked for.  Their price is very reasonable for what you get. <br /> Every time I open a pull-out shelf in our kitchen, I'm impressed with the quality of it.   <br /> <br />"

"<p>Barry impressed me with his attentiveness and punctuality as well as with the quality of his work.</p> <p>I was looking to fix up a rental property to make it more appealing to potential tenants and it was in need of a fair amount of work. The paint on the plaster walls was dingy, the trim surrounding the windows had been ripped out in conjunction with the condo association's window replacement project and never replaced not to mention that I had no idea how I was going to rehang window treatments 20 feet in the air, and the ceiling was in the middle of a home improvement project I'd started years ago but never finished. <br /> <br /></p> <p>I contacted Barry for an estimate and he responded right away to set up an appointment to do a walk through. Within a week he had contacted me to set up a start date and was an absolute mensch about getting my condo association all of the legal paperwork they needed from his insurance company. Even more impressive, despite the fact that his crew was struck by tragedy the weekend before the work was scheduled to begin (one worker hit by a car while riding his bike, another threw out her back) Barry managed to put together a plan that allowed the work to begin only a day behind schedule. He and his crew showed up promptly at 9:15 just like Barry said they would and they were done in just 3 days. The place looks beautiful and they did a wonderful job. When Barry submitted his invoice it was exactly as quoted and he provided receipts for all of the materials used.</p> <p>Barry Bush was a total pleasure to deal with. Thanks Barry!!!</p> <br />"
