We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. "Rep arrived on schedule, reviewed site, gave written estimate describing work. Accepted proposal -- start time was open for the next two weeks. Crew arrived the next morning with 20 minutes notice -- could not get access to one gable thru neighbors locked patio. Painting of front soffit had to be redone due to missed areas. Overall about ten spots where white paint was foot tracked on concrete stoop and patio; several white paint drips on black railing. The paint used was in cans that had their labels removed -- the embossed lid showed only the brand."
