I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. "I had Premier Roofing come out on April 3, 2019. I was very impressed with the work and timeliness of repairs. I had old shingles removed and new shingles installed. The owner of company came out and gave me a estimate. He was very professional and was able to answer all my questions about products, warranties, etc. He also emailed me detailed contract with all work that was going to be done. When owner (Mike Tama) came out to give me estimate he was very patient and took his time explaining everything. The pricing was reasonable and he also advised me to get two more estimates."

"We had a really good experience with Roofing Pups. Their rep Alex was great to work with, and the roofing crew that came to our house did a good job and cleaned up afterward. We opted to get our gutters replaced as well as our roof, which required a second day of work. The Roofing Pups employee in charge of this job (also named Alex) noticed that the color of the new gutters didnt match our house, and made a point of checking it with us before getting started. We really appreciated this as the new gutters would have clashed with the color of our siding! "The guys were very professional and polite, they did a great job. This is the second time we have used them and we would definitely hire them again. They replaced the missing shingles, checked the entire roof, flashings, pipe sealants, and ridge vents. They sealed everything that needed touched up. They also cleaned and tightened up the gutters and downspouts. Once they were done they made sure everything was cleaned up behind them."

"It is such a refreshing experience working with Ben. From the very beginning, Ben goes above and beyond to explain in detail about the process of redoing my siding and of repairing my partial roof. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He showed me different samples for the siding and for the roofing and explained about each one of them. He offered to directly with my deal with my insurance company throughout the whole process and is still dealing with them to cover the cost for my entire roof as the color of the asphalt that has been repaired does not exactly matched the rest of the roofing. "Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"I couldn't have been more pleased with Charm City Roofing. Home repairs, especially roof repairs were something I dreaded to think about. My experience with Charm City Roofing changed all of that. Starting with my point of contact Mac who did a WONDERFUL job explaining the process and providing a comprehensive step by step of how the installation of my replacement roof would be completed. My home currently has solar panels which needed to be removed before the installation of the new roof could begin, due to the slow response from the solar company this took over 4 months! Dispite this headache, while waiting for the removal the Charm City Roofing Team checked in with me periodically, maintained my tentative install date and continually assured me they would get the job done. They did not try to upsell or give me work that wasn't necessary, but offered their opinions for the most sensible plan, based on the situation. The work they did was very well done, even added a piece to my gutter to keep the water off of the fascia. They cleaned up the work area beautifully.
