"We contacted numerous general contractors in the area. Troy was the only one that did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, and how he said he would do it. He returned requests for contact promptly, showed up on time for both the estimate and to complete the work, and the estimate was provided professionally and with adequate detail, which had been an issue with estimates received from other contractors. These things alone won the work for him hand's down. His was not the cheapest estimate we received, but his rate was definitely reasonable, and his professionalism and follow-through are unmatched. Although several of the projects we discussed are not being completed simply because they are not in our budget this year, Troy provided the best suggestions and information regarding each project out of the several contractors that provided estimates. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."

"D's Doors was amazing!!!  I've only been a homeowner for a year (and am clearly ignorant, not even knowing the proper names of most garage/house parts), so when calling a repair person, I am usually nervous that someone will see a chance to overcharge me.  But these guys were able to accurately estimate the cost of repair over the phone from my description of the problem.  They also text (which I appreciate, as I am usually unable to take personal calls at work), so it was easy for me to set up the date for them to come fix the garage door.  They arrived promptly, fixed the door (it still works great :), and only charged what they'd estimated over the phone.  They even went WAY above and beyond, and included in the price putting back up a piece of roof fascia on my two-story house that had blown off in a weekend storm!  I would definitely hire them again. We have been using this awesome company for many painting projects over the past several years after seeing great reviews for the business on Angie’s List. Dan and his crew have painted our office, three bathrooms, three bedrooms, a mudroom, a couple of doors, ceilings, trim and our outdoor deck pillars and façade. His team is meticulous about their workmanship and so professional to deal with. One of the great perks of working with Dan is that you pick your colors and he will go pick them up at the store with the other supplies and pass on his contractor discount to you.
