"Excellent......had major issues with plumbing in bathroom, kitchen and main sewer drain...... previous owner "cobb job'd" the works with multiple copper, brass and stainless piping.......all pipes replaced to 1 type....... no problems...... Would highly recommend for all your plumbing needs"

"Their work and service was spectacular, excellent mechanic, and the nicest guy to work with, he really knows his craft, my daughter had him remodelled her bathroom as well. And very neat, cleans up after every workday."

"Chris came On Weds. Spent 45 minutes in the crawl space to determine what would be required. The company came the very next day to clean out the wetness and set up the drying fans and dehumidifier. Prompt and courteous, and if God forbid another situation like this occurs I will not hesitate to hire Paladin again! I made a claim to the insurance company and they sent a company to check out the issue 3 weeks later. They spent less than 5 minutes looking into the crawl space, took 2 pictures and said they would contact the insurance company and get back to me. Never did either."

"We have had (and are currently doing more) several projects done with JLC Contracting over the past few years. Dozens of replacement windows, new doors, front facade replaced to stone, deck replacement, complete gut and remodel of our on suite bathroom. Not to mention so many small projects. I can’t properly express how THRILLED we are with all the work done. Jose (Owner) and crew are experts at the highest level. Absolutely incredible work done on every project! Also, Jose is one of the best people I have ever met in general. If you need home construction done at an exceptional level, fair price and overall great experience, I highly recommend JLC Contracting!"

"It went very well. I wanna live a better life and get these things done for my children. They have a better way of living, but were thinking to change the world for the greater good from heaven above Amen needed that ASAP. That’s my whole total for everything from my projects but I want my landscaping to be perfection. Amen."

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"The person that came out was very professional, on time, and came in the evening because we scheduled an appointment for the evening; which was convenient."

"I dealt with Sears and Home Depot all morning trying to arrange for a same-day install of a new water heater.  Sears didn't have the models in stock that they quoted and the quote at Home Depot kept changing and I was very dissatisfied with the second person I dealt with who seemed to be very slow and lacking in knowledge. In frustration and desperation, I called Green Homes and the person I dealt with (Maggie) was wonderful.  She told me they could have someone out here by 3pm (I didn't call them until almost noon), she took basic information and gave me a firm quote that included everything (no extras or add ons). The truck arrived a little before 3.  They discussed with me what  they were going to do, told me they would be done in about 2 hours.  In two hours, they were done,  they installed a new water heater, installed a new shut off valve for the hot water, it was immaculate, the old one was gone, instructed me how to use it and that was that.  It was one of the best experiences I have ever had from beginning to end.  The price was exactly as they quoted.  The guarantee was for two years labor and ten years parts - better than any quoted. I will use them again and absolutely recommend them.  This is my first experience using a listing on Angie's List - that too was a good experience."

"Eric and Ed were very conscientious workers, keeping us informed as the project progressed. The project was completed on time, on budget and with a thorough clean up. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would recommend First Rate Renovations to our friends."

"Prompt and efficient. Got everything up and running in no time for me"
