"I reached out to Applicance Master in a bit of frustration; I had contacted 2 other Angie's List service providers who would did not service our area (City of Atlanta) even though their listing indicated they did.
Nonetheless, I reached to Appliance Master on a Thursday, and the repair guy showed up at the agreed upon time on Saturday and successfully completed the repair of our Samsung (built-in) microwave oven (only 2 yrs old).

"It worked out really well. We were afraid that it was going to be something mechanical, and basically it was just some typical maintenance. We have a different type of washer/dryer. It's one of those oversized ones. The repairman did everything he could, showed us everything and what we needed to do that we had not been doing. The machine has been working beautifully. We actually had them a second time. It was very quick. A lot of times in holidays, we have a hard time getting people to schedule to have stuff done. It was great. I liked his honesty.
