The technician Brian had to crawl around in my very tight 1965 crawl space and was super friendly and competent both times. I will definitely use them again if I have any plumbing issues. "Our experience with The Original Plumber and Brian Payne was excellent. Our main sewer link was leaking in the crawlspace and our 50-year old cast iron pipes were not draining properly. Brian and his assistant were prompt, courteous and kept us informed about what he was discovering and the best way to resolve the plumbing problems. They replaced all cast iron pipes that came out of the foundation and all of the problems were fixed! They also did a great job making sure all the carpet and flooring was protected and cleaned up when they were finished. Highly recommended!"

"Our technician Tim was fantastic. My wife needed to meet G Force at her mom's house to supervise repairs, and they did a great job keeping her informed of their ETA so she had plenty of time to travel to meet them. Once at the house, Tim discovered an issue with the concrete slab where the original toilet sat, which prevented a safe and secure install of the new toilet. He and his supervisor worked with us to recommend a repair and schedule a return visit that worked with my wife's schedule. On the second visit, Tim repaired the concrete, installed the new toilet and adjusted the height of the cutoff valve. Plus, he took a few extra minutes to walk the house (inside and out) with my mother-in-law to check the plumbing to ensure everything was in working order and confirm she knew what to do in the event of a water leak. He even took the time to label the majority of the valves in the house to make things easier for her. In looking for a plumber, we certainly found cheaper options, but without a doubt, we will phone G Force again (and request Tim as our technician)."

"The main water line ruptured and water was everywhere in my front yard. I called several plumbing businesses in the morning and Plumb Doctor was the first to respond. They came out on time, called before arrival, and found the leak in my pine island. After digging a huge hole they found one source. There was so much water in the island and lawn that indicated there may be others. I opted to replace the whole copper run and they started immediately and finished the next morning. They would have worked until done but I had to leave and lock up my house. The next morning was turn on the water, check the connection in the crawl space, insure the water heater was ok, and tested all the faucets. The whole work site was cleaned and sod replaced. In summary, they were responsive, on time, professional, with a fair price. The line was originally installed in 1978."

"James and his son arrived to install approx.100 ft of water line, several valves and a back flow preventer for an irrigation system. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They asked several important questions and made adjustments to our original plan to accommodate my future needs. Their work was impeccable. For those who say they are high priced, the other quotes I received for this job were 3 times higher.
