"Very professional group. Work was performed in three days and included a complete tear down and replacement of the siding, facia, soffit and gutters. Top quality material was used across the board. House looks better than new."

"Shane kept me updated on all the details of the roofing project. The whole crew did a great, efficient job and was meticulous in both the replacing the roof and the clean up. Very happy with the quality of work that was done. Thank you Shane."

"I recently had my shingle roof replaced and I?m very happy with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They kept the work area clean and communicated well throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement."

"Our project was the residing of a large two story duplex that has been in our family since 1915 that was carrying siding from 1985. Everyone at Alliance was a pleasure to deal with from Keith, our salesman to Sergie the lead installer on our job."

"Everything went better than expected, since it during an extremely cold part of Dec 20017>Jan 2018. It wasn't the best temperature in SE CT. for this type of work. To my satisfaction all aspects of the work performed was top quality even as stated above the weather didn't cooperate at times. The Thermalfit Crew just worked around it. The discussion started almost 2 years ago about this project and the difficulty was than no manufacture made a Navy Blue color siding in there listing until I spotted a company (this fall) out of Canada with a RI distributor sent me actual samples of what I was looking for and the rest is history. So far to date I've used Thermalfit twice (roof & siding) and would use them for any future projects."

"David Harris Painters did superb work at our home. Excellent repair carpentry and painting. They were highly professional and showed great craftsmanship and attention to detail.  They obviously wanted to do the best job possible, not just get the job done. We are very satisfied and would certainly use David Harris again.

"Peter Mountzoures of all trades I really like utilizing the service of Peter because he is one of the few contractors that I felt confident in performing the work on my late parents’ home without me following up right away. In addition, Peter replaced two windows that were on the second floor with ease, razed an old building, replaced the roof on the main dwelling, and plowed my late parent’s driveway when I requested. Peter is trustworthy and very professional. I highly recommend employing Peter’s services."

"Great! Roofers came early, stripped entire roof, replaced the plywood that needed replacing, installed the new shingles and cleaned up the premises all in one day. We could not have been more pleased with Britt and his crew. We will definitely hire him for future improvements again."

"Much of the story is in the section above. This was our first time, after over two decades in our home, that we were able to hire a contractor for some much-needed remodeling. Finding a contractor who was personable, responsible and skilled was a daunting task, but we lucked out with Wes.
While we had some delays, none of them detracted from the job. Wes  always kept us updated on what was going on and kept his promises. He works with Carboni Plumbing out of Franklin and Maynard Electric, so we have those resources at hand now as well. We learned a lot about what constitutes quality and durability vs a cheap quick fix.
The last part of the story revolves around the toilet that we kept from the downstairs bathroom. We thought of it as new, or at least new-ish, but it was actually fourteen years old. When it went back in, it decided not to work properly. We had a time crunch, but Robin, who runs the showroom at Carboni, came through with a replacement. Wes has a good working team on hand, which is also an important factor when choosing a contractor.
Much of the rest of our house is in need of future upgrading, so Wes has a standing invitation!

"Vista started this job 9/17. From the beginning we were told by the salesman Eric and project manager Keith that the job would be finished to our satisfaction, all our concerns would be addressed. The roofing went well, we are pleased. The siding was a bigger job than they seemed prepared for. They removed wood siding and replaced rotten plywood. The siding looked fine except for an area in the front of our home which is vertically uneven. Holding a straight edge to the siding we have a one inch gap in the vertical level which was not properly prepared. Some our window frames are horrible. One of them has nails driven right in the center of the frame, others have gapping joints and one is wavy. They replaced our perfectly fine topped gutter with a 'top of the line' gutter which isn't topped so is now full of leaves. We live in the woods what were they thinking? At the signing of this contract our salesman Eric said he would do some porch screen framing and stain our new front door. He wanted payment of $600 stating this was his side job. After many, many phone calls, most being ignored, we have gotten no where. Brian Rudd finally came out and told us these problems would be corrected. Last we heard from him was 11/17. He emailed that the siding crew would be out that week to correct window trim. We never heard from or saw any of them again. They never installed the stove vent, stained the front door or corrected our siding issues. I've waited for spring thinking I would hear from them. Too bad, things started out well. Not a good company."
