He sprayed a powder (environmentally friendly) into the two holes leading to the yellow-jacket nest. He then went back to assess how the yellow-jackets were responding and noted that they were getting covered with the power and were starting to die. He let me know that it could take up to 7-10 days to take full effect but that I should check in a few days and let them know if I was still seeing a lot of activity. He was able to clean it and the part the guy was trying to get out ( upper bricks) came out and we were able to clean the whole thing!! Soon after the installation started though, so did our disappointment. The project was poorly planned, ultimately taking over a month (initial estimate 2 days) due to careless project management on their part. They also tacked on charges we were initially told would not be included and failed to resolve the issues we had with poor installation quality. If you go with Crisafulli, which I do not recommend, make sure you have a detailed SOW and can verify the work being performed."

"Horrible work, they got cement on the house and on some bricks. As for the cracks all they did was make a mess with clear silicone all over the driveway without cleaning out the cracks first. Came back to “fix” things after complaining, saw no difference other than leaving a tube of silicone and a box cutter with the blade exposed left in the street and for some reason they put silicone on the wood on our house."
