"He arrived much earlier and had been on the roof and done a thou rough walk around the property prior to my arrival and then walked through all findings with myself and my agent. Had all waters running from time of arrival to exit, checking for leaks and all surrounding walls for moisture .Checked foundations, heating and cooling, electricity , attic for mold and moisture and leaks. Checked everything! He took detailed pictures of all findings big or small and wrote them up executively while explaining them to myself and 15 year old son in laymans terms.
