He answered all questions and was a pleasure to deal with. He also performed an inspection of the outside chimney and provided tips on care and maintenance. As an added service, he inspected the dryer venting system, checking the air flow, to see if there were any problems (there were none). Andy was on time for the appointment, was very professional and provided good suggestions on maintenance. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing a chimney inspection. I cannot speak to actually cleaning the chimney as this work was not needed, but based on his thorough inspection I'm sure they would also do a thorough cleaning job if applicable. He found an issue related to the installation of the wood stove 5 years ago and was able to fix it to prevent any problems it could have caused down the road. "Tom and his crew  (zack and E Jay) arrived in time , had all the supplies. ready and started  the job. <br>Once they were up there realized that there was extra work to be done replacing all the wood at top since it was rotten under the existing chase top. They replaced ,took pictures of the whole process as a prove and put the new stainless steal chase top based on what I wanted , the respected my opinion and answered my questions. <br>The chimney sweep was good the guys inside the house were careful and didn't leave any traces after they finish, great clean up and gave me tips on the upkeep since is a different system that the average chimney. <br>I am very happy with their service."

Also, the quote for the chimney repairs that were needed was almost twice what was quoted by to other highly rated masons. Based on this I subcontracted the masonry work to another company."
