"Amanda took my call immediately and scheduled the technicians out to our home in a timely manner. We had another company here about 5 months earlier for a related problem and were not pleased with their work. Jon and Mike arrived on the scheduled day and went right to work. After about 30 minutes of troubleshooting, Jon could not find a specific reason for the rumble and vibration. They had taken the entire unit apart, inspected everything, tightened all the belts and pulleys and whatever else he suspected. They then reassembled the dryer and tested it. Whatever it was, they had fixed it. It now runs like a new dryer. Since they didn't find any problem, they only charged us for a service visit. You don't find many companies with that level of personable, friendly customer service. If I need any other appliance repaired, I will call this company immediately."

"Five years ago, We purchased a high end two stage furnace and central air system from Crisafulli , all at the salesman’s recommendation. We used their yearly service contract to check and maintain ( these contracts are questionable in value and Crisafulli is poor at renewal notifications). The system worked as expected for that period until an unusually warm stretch in August. Without warning, the furnace blower appeared to malfunction. It cycled on but would not run more than a minute or two. After trying some things in the troubleshooting section, we called Crisafulli. They came promptly but could not determine the cause of the malfunction. Apparently the tech had no experience with this two stage components. After four hours and a discussion with Rheem support, they decided to replace the circuit board and motor, not able to exactly determine the problem. This took a week to get parts. In the meantime I was able to self help on the Internet and determined the ECM module in the furnace blower was malfunctioning.Tech returned and Replaced that item first and the system fired up. I note that they are terrible on communication re service contracts and parts status. Rheem covered the part under warranty but I was still out 400 bucks for service and labor. Rheem has not fessed up about fragility of their ECM motors system after writing their CEO. The salesman should have been more diligent about evaluating our duct system for suitability for this system. Crisafulli repair Tech was punctual , friendly and neat. Firm is so so price- wise and and as previously noted, terrible on communication. Advise to stay away from these more complex systems unless there is a full evaluation of your entire duct system. Can’t recommend Rheem at all."

"My husband and I recently purchased a home with no Central Air. We called Mohawk Heating and a representative came to our home to give us an estimate on what would work best for the configuration of our home. We received other estimates and ended up calling Mohawk heating back to the house to answer some additional questions. After the second visit from the sales rep we decided to go with Mohawk and we picked the dates to have all of the work done. The sales rep did not over sell his products and gave us a fair price. When the time came to install, Cody and Ryan (the technicians) came to our home on time and were very neat and efficient with their work. They answered several questions and cleaned up at the end of the day. Although it took 2 full days to have both systems installed, Ryan and Cody were a delight to have in our home. They were very professional. <br /> We have a house full of animals...2 dogs and 2 cats. They were very patient and kind when the animals wanted to "investigate funny noises".
