"If I could give 10 stars I would! We purchased a new home and needed a company to do HVAC maintenance - we go so much more. We have the maintenance contract along with a generation install (which was time sensitive for us) and Simons came thru. They even installed the generator during winter with snow on the ground! We returned home after 4 months and the hot water heater was not working, within 2 days - which much thanks to Honey in the office - we had a new tankless hot water heater. "Jeff and Jeremy are THE BEST! They gave me a heads up they were on the way (always appreciated), and showed up shortly after. From Jeffâ s decades of plumbing experience, he correctly diagnosed the toilet problem just from the videos I sent him ahead of time. He and Jeremy went right to work, and within under an hour and a half (including the time he had to leave to get fixtures at a local hardware store and return) he repaired two toilets, a tub/shower faucet diverter and diagnosed a problem with another tub/shower faucet (cold water supply issue). Both Jeff and Jeremy are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I believe that for the work he did, the charges were very reasonable. "Excellent work,made sure everything was working fine before leaving.I had diverters with springs in the back of them for a long time.I did not like them as they would break all the time.Cheap plastic.Brass valves and full turn knobs were put in.I love the new set.It is sturdy and will last a long time.Also a tub water stopper and a new over flow was put in along with new plastic pipe under the stopper.The stopper is great.All you have to do is step on it for water to go down or stay up.Very professional attitude.On time to do the work.Cleaned up after the job was done.Will hire for other work in the future."

"Winston responded quickly to my purchase of online deals and came out within 2 days to do the repairs.  Called before arriving, which was appreciated.  Replaced the two outside faucets and then fixed the kitchen water feed line valve as well - he didn't know about my request to fix this until he arrived, but he said it was no problem and fixed it for me.  He and his assistant were both very pleasant and efficient and I enjoyed having them do the work.

"On the day of service, I received a call at 0803 and the plumber said he would be right over.  He arrived about 0825 and was done changing out the faucet which I provided within .5 hours.  The plumber did a good job, was very professional and friendly.  As he was leaving, I asked for the bill and he said it would be sent to me.  My house is 15 minutes from Mulholland's On Call Plumbing & Heating's office.  When I received the bill, it was for 1.5 hours of work and the total cost was $141.24.  When I called about this it was explained that their records showed it took the plumber .5 hour to get to my house and then .5 hours to get back.  After discussion, it was agreed to lower the price to $120.  I have no problem paying for mileage to and from my house but time is another matter.  It certainly doesn't take an hour to drive from downtown Saratoga Springs to my house and back.  No other service provider has charged me in this manner.
