"Hello - the experience we had with the fence and mailbox installation with Triton Exteriors was amazing! Eli, Brandon, Moses, and sorry can remember the 4th gentlemen's name, did an excellent job installing the fence. They even "spit shined" it after it was done! Dave, who came out and surveyed/provided the quote, also put in the mailbox and did a fabulous job! He noticed a portion of the fence didn't have the right slats and replaced those too - he certainly has an eagle eye! Chris, who we talked to about the job has been so responsive and helpful - she is truly outstanding and I thank her so much! We couldn't be happier with the outcome and are looking forward to additional house projects for them to help/work on! Have a super day!"

Our insurance company would only cover the cost to replace the damaged siding, so we were concerned that there would be too much contrast between the old and new siding. Craig took the time to search for quality siding that would be the closest match, and suggested creative ways to place the siding to minimize the contrast. We were very pleased with the results for the siding, the roof and gutters. Craig was always prompt in responding to emails and my phone calls. "Sales, Office and Installers were all very professional and quick. I am very happy with ALL of the work and interactions with Window World and would do business with them again without question. I have not had the windows long enough to have an opinion on energy efficiency or if they are tightly sealed etc, but I chose WW because I felt confident that should any issues arise they would be handled fairly. The installers had trouble caulking the windows without getting caulk in the drain holes which caused them to have to go back to each window to remove the drain hole stopper, wipe out the caulk and clean around that ridge as best they could to make the seal *look* nice and maintain a solid seal. The end result was a little messy. I doubt anyone would ever notice it but me cuz it's just basement windows. But when the company asks, 'what can we do better?' that process can certainly use some analysis and improvement. The installers were a little miffed but understood and did a nice enough job to clean it up. On a 1-10 scale, it's a one. I'm very happy with ALL the work and interactions with Window World."
