When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, there are enough Pest Control Companies that conduct business in an ethical manner, save yourself the headache before its too late. They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. Regardless of my position on the cancelation fee, their contract states I have 30 days to remit payment, but ins"

"Initial install went well during home construction. Roland was available during the construction phase and helped detect a roofing problem. Since moving in and using the stove, I found issues with ventilation of the stove and smoke in the house. Roland told me my house is air tight and therefore there is insufficient oxygen in the house to sustain a fire in the wood stove. Completely unreasonable explanation for lack of ventilation in a wood burning stove and wanted to argue about it. Diagnosis was over the phone and no offer made to see the problem I am experiencing. Not saying this is his fault but there is definitely something wrong. There may have been some unknown damage done during construction but his response is very unsettling when dealing with the potential fire damage in a home."

"I am not the person to put reviews on Internet, but I felt this time I had to share my opinion with the Public to help them decide for themselves if Accurate Pest Control Company is right for them. I had called Accurate Pest Control for Scorpions, and paid them over $400 to use their chemicals to get rid of the Scorpions. Whatever solutions they used, it did not make the Scorpions go away. I had them in the bathroom, on walls, in my 11 year old room crawling, I was concerned and kept asking them to come out to spray. They have come out 4 times and Scorpions were still in the house. They said "because you live by the forest they keep coming". I understand that, but why do I call you? To get rid of them right? Well it did not work. I asked them for reimbursment, and the Owner said they will not reimburse me, because they "did the job right" was told by Service Manager. I wanted you to make a fair decision and hope that my review will help you make a right choice. Accurate Pest Control was not able to help me."
