Care was taken to keep mold in area damaged (Constantly pulled air out of basement window to keep negative pressure in basement.)  Clean up was thorough. Job site inspected by owner when done. He had the crew back to tend to a few minor areas that didn't meet his expectations. Entire basement looked and smelled clean when done."

The owner of the company personally came out to make sure the job was done correctly. He quickly identified a leak in my old system and was able to repair it. He then took extra care to make sure an adaquate vacuum was pulled on the system before topping it back up. The result was a huge bump in efficiency and rooms that are ice cold on the hottest days. I've only had to use the heat function once since the fix and it will drive you out of the house. The best part is that while we were waiting on the vacuum pump to do its job, he also gave me helpful information on increasing the efficiency in my home all around. It's pretty clear that he knew what he was doing and has a vast knowledge of the state run incentive programs."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
