"I regret giving over $80k to this contractor. Jim, Chase and all others did shotty work in my home and now their work needs to be redone by a professional. Even after things stopped working I called them back and no one came out or contacted me to fix it. My window frames and baseboards were installed improperly as well as my electrical. My flooring is lifting and new stairs installed weren’t even nailed in properly, my husband nearly broke his hip on the stairs. I wish I could take it all back and never would’ve trust them."

"Brian's guys were great. I needed the length of the garage drywalled after a flood in the garage forced me to remove all the wet drywall. He put in mold/water resistant green drywall in less than a day. He was working several large jobs and I expected that he would make me wait, but he didn't. He fit me in almost right away, did the work on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to miss work, and did a great job. He made me feel like my project was just as important as any huge job. To home depot to pick out the carpet--arrange outside company to come and measure-- then back to the store to purchase then once again to arrange outside company to install--vinyl--hardwood--carpet different installers. Went to Schaeffers--they would even come to you--picked out the carpet, vinyl and hardwood and they did the rest...NO HASSELL. Our Schaeffer experience was one of the best in our home renovation.
