They added extra safety hand rails along the walls from the bedroom to the bath and did an excellent job. The weather was below 0 degrees with high winds which did not slow them down! The cabinets have this coating that do not allow for the stains to be etched into the materials, no stains makes cleaning them a breeze! So I was extremely pleased with the process to say the least. "Other than promises made by the sales person that weren?t done, we?ve had a few issues after install. One of the shower doors has a gap on the bottom causing water leakage on floor. The grab bar shelf protrudes out making the space too narrow. My elbows hit into the shelf and bar on the shower door when showering. Floor was installed with no new threshold or mounding which were we told by salesperson that everything will be replaced."
