Modern Flooring Services provided a contractor to provide an initial estimate and a list of supplies needed to purchase. Then they sent a consummate professional and craftsman to install our floor. His name was Patrick, and he started by explaining what we should expect when he removed the carpet, prepared the subfloor, and then installed the wood. He provided different options for how the wood could be angled based on the floor layout. Then he went to work, and we can’t praise his work ethic enough. He is one of the hardest workers I know. "Perry was very professional and thoroughly answered all our questions. He sent an estimate within 48 hours, and it was easy to schedule the work with him. The fir floors had black mastic/adhesive from old linoleum that we took off, and it took a lot of sanding to remove it. There was also some damaged wood that was replaced with reclaimed fir, and it blends in with the floor perfectly. We were amazed at the transformation of the floors. We are so happy with the work that we plan to have Reborn refinish our oak floors in the living room and dining room in the near future.
