"My pro was very professional and courteous. He was able to repair my issue rather than doing a full replacement. We are satisfied."

"Garage door spring replaced August of last year. Called this morning (Jan. 2018) and woman denied having any record of my prior sale/repair/purchase, said "they do not work for private individuals." Phone connection was incredibly poor, she called back. Service before seemed fine. I suspect the same spring broke, but there's no way I will call this company again for service "they only work for companies" and she kept asking over and over and over again the same questions - my name, address....saying they had no record. (Fine - happy to move on....no need for rude service providers.)"

"Kevin does outstanding work and has years of experience in many areas of home care and maintenance. He is a competent professional and has a very kind disposition . He is easy to talk to if there are any questions or concerns regarding his service. He also offers practical suggestions on how to get repairs done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Kevin as your go to man."

"Garage door opener replacement. I upgraded my garage door system. He did a excellent and professional job. The job couldn't have been done any better."

"Randy, owner, was a delight with whom to work, personally came to assess the work needed, answered all our questions/concerns, & gave us a written guaranteed price. When loading day arrived, my husband knew we were working with a conscience group as the first task David & Joel attended to was to cover the entry door & frame with a padded quilt. Bed headboards & frames were taken apart, TV wall-mounts were removed, & pictures & TVs were first wrapped & placed into special boxes. Other packing, transferring to the van, loading, etc., was done with perfection; no walls or trim were damaged. David & another assistant arrived in Graeagle on time, again wrapped the entry & got to work. All beds, headboards & linens were taken up stairs & set up; not easy access & no marks found on any walls, trim or doors! TVs, pictures, dishes were unloaded as carefully as they were packed. Everything has been unpacked. Not a dent or a break! A wonderful experience! We definitely would use Redlands/BigBear Moving again & give our highest recommendation to you."

"provider arrived on time and after brief explanation of what I wanted done, he went to work right away in replacing old water shut off valves.  Very professional, polite and made sure everything was cleaned-up.

"Fredy was great! He did a wonderful job on our drywall repair, could never tell we had holes in the wall after he was done. We turned around and hired him again a week later to do more drywall and some electrical to include 5 can lights with the wiring, those too turned out wonderful."

"I recently had a kitchen drain snaked by Top Contender drain specialist Inc. They did a great job. I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. They've done everything from jackhammering the cement to get out a bad pipe, to climbing on the roof to access the vent pipe, all types of repairs, they have consistently been excellent. When they work in apartments that are occupied by tenants I always get a happy response from the tenants because everything gets fixed right and they clean up their work after they're done. I've even hired them to work on my home and my parents home. I have no hesitation in recommending them, recently they showed up on a holiday weekend with a smile and took care of my clogged drain that was affecting three different apartments. Because they were willing to show up at a difficult time it made the weekend nice for everybody and I appreciate that."

"George emailed me two days beforehand to setup a time. I give him a two hour window that worked for him. He came promptly at 8:30 am, Monday morning, 11/28/16, and left at 12:30 pm. He came inside with his toolbox and started right away on assembling my two small tables. They have been sitting in a box for over one year. George also installed some 3 doorknob sets but needed to make adjustments with the door frames so two doors could close properly. He also installed much needed rack on my bedroom door to hang all my dog leashes and harnesses. The window covering hardware in the Master bedroom was changed out also. He took measurements when needed. He was accurate and did not make unnecessary or incorrectly placed holes in the plaster walls for installation. George does excellent work and is efficient. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him for future services."

"Jon was amazing from the time we talked on the phone to the time he came and completed the work. We need a room painted and a piece of work out/stretching equipment installed on a wall. He brought his team members Jordan and they knocked it out faster than estimated and better than I thought it would come out. He made great recommendations and executed at a very high level. We had him do 3 other jobs after he was done because we were so impressed. Installed a door, installed bathroom rack, fixed sliding door and front door latches. I can’t wait to hire him again. They are jacks of all trades. Super impressed. Call them today!"
