"Previous landscaper added a patio to my casita but didn't take changing grade of the yard into consideration. It made a d*** causing me to have standing water in my yard by the wall. Esteban Land Design came out to give me an estimate for repair. Esteban is professional, knowlegeable and friendly. He immediately saw the problem and gave me an estimate. Within the week the crew was here and began work on the project. Prior to completion we asked them to put pavers around artificial turf to keep the rocks out of the yard. Esteban again gave me an estimate. They did an awesome job. The foreman Jose was knowledgeable, professional and friendly he walked me around pavers and showed me some small drains they put in so there would not be any water standing in the yard. They cleaned up even though they were not done with the job. They put up trash cans and made sure the gate was closed. Upon completion they cleaned, used leave blower to clean the yard and made sure there was no rocks in the yard. They put back anything they moved. The yard looks great. Esteban is third generation and has been in business 36 years. We would definitely use Esteban Land Design again. Becca the receptionist is awesome in her own right. I enjoyed all the contacts I had with her."

"I have an oddly shaped lawn of approx. 1000 sqft, which looks like a Pizza slice and slightly slopes down. By the time I called Lori at the office, I had given up on trying to water it with a hose and watering attachment, which covered about as much outside of the lawn as on. Lee came out and marked where the sprinklers should go. Then I had to call the city and other utilities who may have buried lines or wires in that area, via the 811 service. After everyone gave their OK, Lee and his crew came out to dig the ditches and install the valves, pipes and sprinklers. When it was all done, I was truly impressed how accurate the coverage is and how little water ends up outside the grass area. I had a dry spot in my winter grass and they came back to make a small adjustment, to cover it better, but the main reason for that had been a lack of seeds in that area. They have the science down to a t, on how to cover an irregular shape and choose the right sprinklers (angle and distance) and it's fun to watch the experts at work. "Due to an issue with my in ground sprinkler system that was causing all my pipes to shake and irregular water pressure, I tried to find reputable companies who could fix the issue. I first called another Angie's List company who indicated that they couldn't even come out to estimate the job until 2 weeks. I then called SOS Sprinkler Repair. While they were very busy, the scheduler indicated she would have someone there to look at the problem and assess what was needed for repair ASAP. Upon looking at my issue, the service man indicated that it was an easy fix and suggested that either he could do the repair or I could do it for even less money. Since they were busy with much bigger issues for other people and once he explained how to fix the issue, I knew that I could do the repair myself. Really appreciated his professionalism and honesty -- and they even saved me money! Will use this company again if needed for a repair I can't do myself. They put in the best winter lawn we have ever had! We were tired of so many companies that would just mow, blow, and go. This company is very thorough. They even skim the pool after they finish. They always text me with the approximate time they will be out the day before they come, and any questions or concerns we have, they take care of.
