"When setting up the appointment, I was asked questions about the problem with my dishwasher that I felt were necessary for them to have an understanding of my issue. I mention this because it felt like they really cared. I was told my appointment time window and that I would be contacted when they were about 20 or 30 minutes away. He found the problem, then told me the price of the part (even showing me the list price of the part) and the price for the labor to install the part and to flush out the system which had caused the problem.
