"It went well. It was a delight to work with Masterscapes and their professional crew. Everyone was flexible and communicated each step of the project from the office staff to the job supervisor. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new pool, pool remodel, or landscaping. Kim F"

"The tech and office person were both knowledgeable and accommodating. We had an emergency situation days from a pool party for our son's birthday. Our existing pool service didn't have time for us, but Trilogy sent someone out the day we called. They couldn't fix everything in time for the party, but they cleaned the pool and ensured it was safe for swimming."

"Cannot say enough good things about this experience. The pool looks fantastic. The people were courteous and respectful."

"Innovative built a pool and water feature for me and did an amazing job!! They are fast, efficient and friendly. They helped me design a pool in my budget and got right to work!! Four months from contract signing to completion. David was awesome and ensured customer satisfaction. I would 100% recommend them for pool, spa or landscaping. Thank you for the wonderful pool!"

"We are so pleased with our pool and the work that Isaac and his crew performed. We had it replastered, new tile, new plumbing, and new pump installed. It is just beautiful! Isaac was so great and knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with! We would recommend Blue Sedona to anyone! The kids and I love our newly remodeled pool."

"We had a complete closet demo and remodel.
Complete Tub fixture replacement.
Downstairs replacement of baseboards of center island & pantry baseboards.
These were just a start of the items we wanted to begin.  After the visit, we were told that we would have an email with examples of closets and associated estimates. No email or phone call was provided after the visit. Very odd considering that they were recommended so highly in the community.

---Do not know if this is any relevance or not, but we are an LGBT family and it very obvious to us while making the appointment that this is a Christian organization. This made no difference to us, as we just wanted the jobs completed.---

Update: The owner and his daughter personally visited us this evening and profusely apologized for his company dropping the ball. He reiterated that his company does not discriminate and asked for a second chance to earn our business. He seemed genuinely upset and wanted to assure us that he valued our business. We believe him and want to encourage others to give this company a chance to earn your trust. "

"Costumer service was a 10/10! Supper efficient, clean and safe environment they provided. The communication was all there the pool remodeling was beyond what was expected! Thank you Aquarium Pool!"

"They came out drained the pool 1 day and the next day they came out early acid washed the pool and replaced about 20 tiles. My pool has never looked better since I moved in 8 years ago. I use them for my pool service now and they have done a great job over the past few months. They also fixed my fence gate for free they said it was a safety issue and just fixed the latch. they said because the pool tech did it in less than 20 min there was no charge."
