Knowing that I was home with my children with my injury, he got an opening in the schedule and just showed up early, which was appreciated. It was a quick and easy repair, but he charged a fair rate (less than his competitors) and did quality work for us in a pinch. I highly recommend Fluvanna Plumbing and plan to use them again for my needs."

"He put in a beautiful new spigot and cut a hole in the basement bathroom wall, but fixed the drywall by installing a little door that gives any future plumbers access to those pipes! All of this on a Saturday morning at the last minute, so we wouldn't have to go all weekend without water! And for the much more reasonable price of $330. "JOB: Counter top replacement, faucet replacement in two bathrooms and reuse of faucets in one bathroom and under mount rectangle sink replacement in our three bathrooms Classic Granite and Marble just completed a job for my husband and myself today. The templator Shawn arrived in a timely manner on February 14, 2024 and was quick and efficient to measure our bathrooms so we could start this process. Though out the process, our design consultant Sarah was checking in with me, going over every detail and always responsive to my emails. CGM phoned Monday (2.26.24) at 7:00 AM to advise our installers would be at my house in 20-30 minutes and they were. They worked quickly and efficiently in and out doing what had to be done and cleaned up behind themselves before leaving. They were in and out in 2-hours and did a beautiful job. Our plumber Bubba phoned today (2.27.24) to advise he was on his way and arrived as he said he would. My husband was home today and Bubba answered any questions he had and also was very efficient and in and out. He cleaned up and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Classic Granite and Marble!"

"We have a long history with VPS, so Robert was a natural to do this job for us. The work involved several visits over the course of a month or more in coordination with the general contractor who was doing the renovation work and electricians. The work was done to a very high quality standard, as Robert knows his business well and has very high standards. He's also very friendly and a great communicator - when you can reach him. The difficulty in working with VPS is that they are so busy that telephone calls, texts and emails often don't get returned for days, and there were several occasions when VPS didn't show up when they were scheduled to, with no advance notice. This was incredibly frustrating to us and to the general and subs who have to stop work or redirect their efforts when their daily plan, which depended on plumbing work having been done beforehand, was disrupted - often for days at a time. We have been willing so far to chalk this issue up to natural growth pains of a small business, but the frustration level was such that it's not certain we will use VPS again; certainly not without a clear understanding ahead of time as to our expectations regarding communication and scheduling. VPS is best when not needed urgently and for one-visit projects.

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

Drywall, paint, ceilings, floors, new french door to outside, new siding and paint outside, new covered porch, all done with professional timing and attitude. They worked with us and gave helpful suggestions and even fit in extra projects along the way. Would definitely hire them again!"
