"Professional, friendly, went above and beyond. Great owners and crew!"

"I was very pleased with the solution to my problem and the promptness in which it was corrected."

"They did a great job of removing my existing flooring and installing the new luxury vinyl planks. They arrived on time, completed the job in one day, cleaned up well, and stayed on budget! The owner, Pete, was very patient with me and all of my questions throughout the entire process. He was very responsive to my texts and would even jump on the phone with me to give more detailed responses when needed. I had received other quotes that were more expensive and where the installation would take several days so I was initially concerned when Yates Flooring gave me a lower quote and said it would only take one day but I was very pleased that they upheld their quote and the work was completed on the same day. The floors look beautiful and I'm very pleased and would recommend Yates Flooring to others."

"My floors are beautiful! The work was completed well and timely. The employees were very courteous. I would highly recommend."

"He was prompt, honest and had a sincere work ethic. He did not even want to take breaks. The quality of the floors are fabulous and he was worth every penny we paid him. If we need any flooring in the future, I will be calling Trevor."

"I received a call back the day after purchasing a special. As it turned out, this company does not offer services in this area."

"Awesome! Scott Bowser and company were professional, thorough, detailed oriented, and experienced. I was able to get answers to my questions and help with choosing materials. When the problem of a rotten floor and a leak in the small bath arose, Scott and crew were able to resolve it and still finish the project on time and with a reasonable price."

"Years of experience shows up in the quality of Mikeâ s work. We are so happy with our floors."

"Very happy with the level of service provided. Would have been 5stars across the board, the only negative is my house and back door had cement splashed from the pouring of the cement pad. Although they tried to clean it up, my house and door still has stains and unfortunately the glass door has scratches from the removal of the cement. The team that worked on my project was very good and professional. I would recommend this company, for sure. I would also recommend putting a protective tarp up before pouring the cement pad."
