"We used Rivercity Flooring twice and had a great experience both times.  Chris, (the Owner) spent an hour with us explaining all the options, as we DIY and installed the flooring ourselves.  Overall, we installed around 2000 sq. ft of Acacia hardwood and we love it!  When we needed help learning a new installation method, Chris came to our home on the day before Thanksgiving to demonstrate the process.  You can't beat the price and service, and this a great way to support a local business vs. "big box" stores.  I highly recommend. <br />"

"I couldn't have asked for more considerate care from a company or technician. Daniel explained the process necessary to salvage and restore our property. He made recommendations after his explanation, giving me options where I had them, and worked out an affordable arrangement for us. Ultimately, having been soaked twice some materials had to be discarded but he restored what was salvageable and agreed to give our water-proofer time to get in and check-out what they would have to do before proceeding with putting things back the way they had been. "My had him come out and give us an estimate of $400. We set it up for 2 weeks after that. He never came. After we called 9 times, we were finally called back. After the time lapse he reduced the price down $50. He may have had some personal issues and we were not mad at him and understood when he didn't want to talk about it. <br /> <br /> He did an excellent job with the floors. I think that he would have showed up on time he would have gotten an A."
