"David and his team knocked out a checklist of items that we needed fixed from the inspection of our home. Items included wood rot repair and minor plumbing and electrical work. His estimate was lower than the estimate I got from another company, and I was very pleased with the timeliness and quality of the work. Would definitely recommend and hire them again!"

"Gave me estimates without following my instructions to check inside the attic and see where other leaks/damage maybe that would affect the overall repairs/cost."

"We hired Myles for a remodel of our bathroom and mud room. His attention to detail was phenomenal and both rooms turned out terrific. The finished product was even more beautiful than we could have imagined. The projects in our 120 year old house had their fair share of challenges, but it was no problem for Myles. He showed up on time every day and worked on our projects until they were completed. We could not be happier and would highly recommend him for any of your home improvement needs."

"Great company! Hunter came in and looked at the project we needed done and gave an estimate in 15 minutes! He then sat us down with a bunch of photos of previous work he and his crew completed and we were sold! Offered large discounts compared to other contractors we got estimates from. His crew and him did our entire master bathroom in a week start to finish! It turned out better than I could have imagined! I highly recommend Indy aces construction! Thanks Hunter!"

Customers say: Quick response

"<p>Terry Brooks did all of our work for us.  We would not have used anyone else.  Terry is probably the only person my late husband would have trusted to do the work.  His attention to detail is such that you know you will have a perfect product when completed.  Terry remodeled our kitchen, our bathrooms - with one being a total tear out - our basement family room, re-sided our home, redid the electrical box, installed new recessed lighting in various places, and did many other side projects for us.  Terry was in the final weeks of the remodel when my husband suddenly died.  It has been a comfort to me having a practically new home with little or no worries to deal with these past few years.</p> <p>I have recently purchased a vacation lake home that needs to be renovated.  Terry came up with a plan that gives me all the features I want and thought were impossible to have.  His creativity and vision are astounding.  I can hardly wait to see the finished product.</p> <br />"

"Brian used a single drawing provided by our niece and created a masterpiece that transformed our great room. He built them from scratch and painted them to match the existing woodwork in our home. We had purchased a flat-screen television that we wanted to place on one side of the fireplace. Brian designed and built a custom swivel, pull-out system with a brace to hold the TV steady and to meet the space/heat specifications of the manufacturer. He also built storage drawers to our specifications and came up with innovative solutions to working around heat ducts and placement of electrical outlets to meet our needs. Brian is attentive to detail and develops creative solutions and options. We are thrilled with our book shelves. His work is professional and of the highest quality."

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Franklin, IN

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
