"Thank you sir your the repairs"

"Blake did an excellent and thorough job. We had a leak that he diagnosed and fixed which ended up being a roof issue. He repaired some exterior window framing and also installed new tile floors. He is very detail oriented and his work is impeccable. I have already referred him to neighbors and will definitely use him again."

"I called on March 2nd about 6:30 in the evening for an emergency call to reset the garage door because a roller had come off. The guy arrived about 9:50 p.m.  It took him less than 30 minutes which was great.  He told me they needed to come back to complete the job to replace all the rollers and we agreed that Saturday was best and he would let the dispatcher know.  No one contacted me for that Saturday appointment.  I waited a few days and then forgot about it because I was going out of town.  When I got back in town a week later, I called and was given an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on the 17th.  The person setting the appointment told me it was a firm appointment time.   Due to my work schedule, I had a friend come over to my house to give the repairman access to the garage. The repairman didn't show up until NOON.  I called to complain to a manager at the company but was put on hold for so long that I hung up.  I never spoke to a manager.  The cost for this job was $400 which I paid the night of the emergency repair.  I paid by check.  Had I known what the service would be like, I would have paid by credit card so I could contest the charge and the service.  I will not be using this company again.  The work product is good but the punctuality and professionalism for the price speaks volumes. Hence, the poor marks."

"I bought two deals offered on Angie's List by this provider to install data ports. Michael Lipford contacted me within a couple of hours, set up an appointment a few days later (which suited my schedule). He and his assistant showed up early, calling first to make sure it was OK. They made sure they knew exactly what I wanted, and proceeded to do it with no fuss or bother. They were done in less than two hours, and I was completely satisfied. Both men were polite, friendly, and very cooperative. I will not hesitate to use this provider again."

"I was very impressed with GDW, from contact to completion they were accessible at all time. I received a call as a reminder of the work scheduled, on the day of service they were timely, began work at the schedule agreed time. If anything changed other than what we discussed I was notified in advance of these issues or concerns. However these concerns never arose and my job went off without a hitch. Mr Hunt was a great source of contact and knowledge I'm so glad that I chose the Garage Door Whispers to replace my garage door. I recommend them highly, I rarely, rarely hand out five stars because I always say there's room for improvement this time I broke my own rule."

"Very nice technician. Took the time and understood my problem and efficiently fixed the issue."

"Everything was done very well. The painting took a few days because it was done by just one person. Painting the doors & trim requires the door to remain open for a few hours to dry, so I am glad there weren't any mosquitoes or extremely cold weather."

"Mark arrived inspected the house and wrote something in a notebook then told me he would send me an estimate in a day or so. A week went by no estimate, no communication so I called him only for him to say he would get it to me that evening. I wait another 3 days and still no estimate. If this is how he communicates for just an estimate I can imagine how he would be on the job. A professional courtesy would've been just to say I cannot give you an estimate or am not willing to do the job either way I wouldve respected that instead of lying or stringing a potential customer along. I will not do business or recommend him to anyone."

"I was nervous because the 65 inch tv was very heavy and only one person came to provide the service but luckily my son was there to help or I would have had to cancel"
