"To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again. They made the entire experience easy peasy for me. Also kudos to the other guys on the team who also worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather. "They use sub contractors. While they were here and pulled out our refrigerator, they pushed it up against our island and dented it in a straight line. This was 5 weeks ago. Our sub, Dennis called us and told me they would be replacing the door of our fridge. That was over 3 weeks ago. Don⠠t have his number anymore and no follow up. Don⠠t have a local number for the office in Maryland heights. Very disappointed. I expected more! 𠤬"

The part that was completed was mostly good except that his dry wall guys ruined an antique hope Chest by putting carry out cups on it. I waited over a year and a half to file this review with the hope that the work would be completed."
