"The visit to estimate the work and sign the contract was seamless. They did a good job on the work itself, but had to come back 4 times because of miscommunication between themselves (once they forgot the AC unit). They seemed a bit disorganized, I contacted Luke a few times as the work went on and things started to drag and he could not remember who I was or what was included in the contract, which based on the fact his team was here was a bit puzzling. That said I found the workers very knowledgeable and agreeable to my requests and after that they helped me with the rebate process."
