Meanwhile they are sending me a bill for the service they performed. I told them I would not pay it until the lawn was fixed. 10 weeks after they have not fixed my lawn and it is a complete mess. He was here within 30 minutes and said he could do the job. He would be back Monday or Tuesday (7/25-7/26). 45 minutes later he called back and said he had an opening today and could do it now if we wanted. Bob was back within the hour and the stump is gone and the hole filled in. Bob and his crew are polite, friendly and great at what they do.
