"Dan did a superior job with a difficult material. We had purchased a new carpet for the master bedroom and asked Dan to install it. The carpet had a VERY stiff backing and was difficult to work with for any expert. Dan would not finish till the job was perfect. He even offered to come back for free incase we need a touch up (carpet still looks beautiful, a perfect installation) Dan was friendly, professional, and provided excellent service. "The sales team was helpful and professional when I went in person to select what I need. The person who measured is an owner of the business. He gave me a written quote immediately after taking measurements. I checked the math and there was a mistake with the addition resulting in an overcharge of over $600 (if I didn't catch it). They were professional about correcting the error.  <br /> Installers started last week. They are subcontractors for Eddy's. They did one of the rooms beautifully then discovered one of the rooms' carpet was not cut correctly for them. It was cut at Eddy's based on the measurements however measurements were off by a foot and half. This delayed the project. They are fixing it and we are not paying for the extra time nor wasted carpet. <br /> We are surprised by the simple math mistakes (with significant consequences) for a relatively small project. Pleased that they are professional about fixing mistakes.  <br />"
