I then had them over to ask for a quote on replacing the floor and fixing subfloor issue especially in 2 spots, they said they would do it. they replaced the floors and did none of that. Danny was able to give a good general estimate by the pictures, but then insisted he see in person so he can be as accurate as possible. The amount of leveling needed, as expected, was not conveyed by photo. He explained how he'd tackle the job and estimated timeframe. Lalo, the installer, did a fantastic job and without interruption.
