"Installation went well. I chose by "YELP" referrals . I feel I over paid out of sheer desperation. A/C was shot . The salesman was a bit cocky, arrogant. I needed it & I got it fast. Salesman claims of an $ 1800. rebate were B.S.. I was apparently taken off the final price. Very SLY !!! Still they are highly recommended.on YELP................................... P.S. Installer was a Pro . Thus I feel secure in that area."

"Everything went great from the estimate with Ed to the installation with Wesley and Matt. They were friendly and knowledgeable. It was not an easy installation. I was very pleased with the result. They had respected my property and even called in a roofer to properly vent the system through the roof. They even installed my smart thermostat. I would use them again. Previously, there was electric heat on the second floor. Other companies balked at giving me a solution for gas but they had no problem running the line upstairs. Goodby high electric bills!"

"Initial estimate was scheduled with no problem, they took the time to answer all the questions I had about the furnace replacement. I received estimated from 6 other HVAC companies and American Family was basically the lowest, but I also felt comfortable with the level of knowledge and experience that was conveyed at the estimate. I scheduled the install and was a bit disappointed that the installers did not show until 10 am or so, but that was not a big problem as I had assumed the job would take all day. The job took longer than expected (past 7pm) and the installer wound up having to replace an entire part of the intake duct work that he did not expect to, but in the end the unit and ductwork looked clean and sturdy and well intalled. The owner called for a follow up appointment and he came in to look at the install and make sure all the settings were correct on the furnace. He answered any questions I had at that time. All in all a good experience with a good company"

I had All Temp come out and they were able to do a quick fix so I didn't have to struggle with it anymore. He was on time, pleasant. "Christopher was very courteous and knowledgeable. Instead of just installing the shut-off valve, he inspected downstairs to see if there was a shut-off valve located elsewhere. He discovered that there was one and therefore, did not need to install another one. He even offered to speak to the gas dryer delivery guys to ensure that they are able to install the new gas dryer when they redeliver (they refused to install when they came the first time since they didn't see a shut-off valve). I would definitely use them again."
