"Everything went extremely well, better than expected. Our estimator was very knowledgeable and made some good suggestion that we had not considered. We were delayed in the scheduling because of weather but they were very accommodating in setting up a new date. The crew was not only on time but a little early on installation day. The three installers were very careful of the garden area in front of the fence, which I appreciated. They were precise and careful in building the new fence, working diligently, and removing all the old materials as well. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the final product. I would definitely use this company and crew again."

"Jim is extremely friendly and responsive. However, as the weeks stretched into months - and he increased the costs of services twice, my patience grew thin. It took nearly 3 months for 2 bathroom renovations. And throughout the process Jim and his team kept asking us basic questions you would think a home contractor would know. <br /> One of the questions was "how high do you want your shower curtain bar?" It's literally a standard size (75-77 inches). When I came home, it was installed ~6 feet off the ground. I'm 6'4 and was pretty confused why it was so low. I had to ask them to move it. <br /> Similar experience with them placing mirrored medicine cabinets. One bathroom has them so low I can't see my face without squatting. The other bathroom (because we complained) has it so high my wife can't see her face.  <br /> Jim subs out most of his work. We were very lucky that his tile crew did an exceptional job. Gate Logic's President Shanna provided two quotes, one to replace the existing sensor with the same type and another to replace it with a more robust version. I chose the latter more expensive quote, but I still see it as a very good deal. Gate Logic Security worked very well in coordination with Hand H Asphalt Paving, who I recommend as well. The job went smoothly and all was completed on the same day. <br /> I have little doubt that the gate sensor will provide years of solid service as I witnessed the installation and saw the manner in which it was protected (i.e., the depth to which it was dug, the sand base and covering of the sensor so rocks don't penetrate the plastic jacket and the electrical PVC pipe for the wire from the main box to the sensor to eliminate moisture and rodent ingress / damage)."
