Overall, was very satisfied with the company and would do business with them again. The only reason I didn't go through with the service is because I decided that I was going to have the entire bathroom remodeled and it would be a waste of money to have a bathtub that was going to be removed/replaced refinished."

I knew what needed to be done, but got stuck at a certain point and did not want to cause any damage.  Called Crown Plumber and Edmund told me he was nearby and could come right out.  He fixed the faucet, replaced the handle, and showed me where I went wrong in my repair attempt.  He was professional and charged me what he quoted on the phone. "I had requested estimates from several companies on having a disposal repaired or replaced, but only Jiffy replied, and they did so almost immediately. They scheduled to come at the first time I was free. I received a phone call when the mechanics were on the way to my house and they were on time. Since I had given them the type of disposal that was currently installed, they brought a replacement with them, so although this was an estimate appointment, they were able to go ahead and install it, which they did. They were very polite and answered my questions. Based on what I paid 10 years ago to have the prior one installed, I'd say this was a little pricey, but it's working fine, and I'm very glad to have it taken care of."

Next, they reupholstered a barrel chair, doing a beautiful job; it looks better than when I first bought it. Wilson has over 40 years of restoration experience with the Catholic Church in Italy and Ecuador, and it shows. "I had light fixtures replaced, a ceiling fan removed, toilet and faucet repairs, caulking, and other minor repairs. There were two workers who worked nonstop for the four hours. After each repair/replacement, they had me inspect it to make sure it was done to my likely. When I wasn't completely happy with a caulk job, they redid it to my specifications. They completed everything on my main list, as well as, items on my secondary list. I was very pleased with their work and would hire again."
