A combination of new window sash kits for severely damaged windows and repairs to others helped save us money. Fresh paint, caulking and wood repairs have our 19 year old house looking new again. The crew was very professional, punctual and communicated very well with us. It took about 5 days to get everything done, and we were kind of sad when it was time for the guys to wrap things up. We found CMT through an Angi bid and are so glad we picked these guys for the best combo of value, quality and timing. We would recommend them to others and are planning more painting and remodeling jobs with CMT."

"I paid for an inspection (required upfront) in December. They didn't come out for an inspection for more than 3 weeks. The guys that came out were really nice and took a lot of pictures and told me about a few issues. Unfortunately, I have not received an inspection report or estimate with those photos and it's been almost 2 months since the inspection. I called them a couple times and was always told someone would call me back..I'm still waiting. I tried one last time today, after waiting a couple weeks, and no one answered. I wasted $250 and have nothing to show for it. I feel like I was scammed."

"These guys turned the entire upstairs from unusable to comfortable. And, they made the upstairs and downstairs more energy efficient. When we started, I had a few doubts that it would be worth the investment. I'm writing this review more than a year after the work was completed... so we've been through all seasons. IT IS WORTH THE INVESTMENT. Not only is the upstairs now great (it was previously unusable due to improper insulation and other builder gaps... terribly hot in summer and uncomfortable in winter), but our electric bill is lower. In summer, what used to be a $500 utility bill is now more like a $300 utility bill. Incredible attention to detail, these guys are experts in their field. They do quality work, no shortcuts. They're serious about making meaningful changes that yield a return. Our family is feeling the difference in our house and in our wallet year round. We appreciate a job well done and would absolutely use this company again.
