The estimator clearly pointed out the issues readily noticeable and once upon the roof, identified others likely to occur. First, one tile was completely missing, and others misaligned occurring from an unknown circumstance. There were visible signs of tile shifting and material breakdown at the peak which needed to be replaced. Henry Forrest and his team did an amazing job! "Our roof leaked where the screen room attached. Paul Gier returned my call and came to my home and gave me an estimate the same day. Their repair estimate was reasonable (other contractors insisted on replacing roof on screen room or house). We hired them and the crew showed up in a few days and repaired the roof. It rained hard since then and no more leaks! When it is time to replace our roof we will be calling Gier Roofing to do the job. We will also be hiring them to install gutter on the screen room as they are only ones who provided a viable solution."

He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two.
