"We 100% recommend using Richard. Our relatively new home had a defective tiled floor throughout the entire house due to poor installation. The tiles cracked while we in the UK during Covid and lockdown. We could not enter the USA for this reason and Richard was incredibly kind and helpful, locating new tiles for us and helping us choose. It’s a very difficult task at the best of times and we were very concerned but in our absence, the old tiles were removed and new ones put down.
