I was referred to Jeff and Sarasota's Best Construction & Flooring LLC. The job was done to all my specifications, high quality workmanship, professional, and quickly executed. In September of 2023 it was time to remodel my kitchen, there was no doubt that I would contact Jeff and Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC to do this job as well. "Schoeman Construction remodeled our bathroom 3 years ago. Our bathroom turned out magnificently with an extra-large walk-in white and gray shower, off-set by beautiful hand-crafted gray bathroom cabinets. So when we decided to remodel our kitchen, Schoeman Construction was the only contractor we considered. We knew we would receive the highest quality workmanship from a dependable, family-owned, trustworthy company. From the beginning to the end of our kitchen remodel, we were updated on the work completed that day, provided projected plans for the following day, and given time for questions and answers. Based on their many years of experience, Hennie and sons Abel and Hennie Jr., had a wealth of knowledge and expertise. I was reluctant to give up my tiered countertop for a flat countertop. Hennie Sr. discussed the differences in appearance, size, and functionality between the tiered and flat designs. I was so happy that I chose the flat countertop. It gave me more counter space, enhanced the kitchen size, and accentuated the entire kitchen. Our kitchen had a small, odd shaped area that we were at a loss on how to adapt to our new kitchen. Abel had exceptional creativity and design skills. He created an eye-catching nook that provided extra counter space and a unique upper shelf with under the shelf lighting. The nook fit perfectly and gave the impression that it was planned in the original design. We were totally pleased with our kitchen and will choose Schoeman Construction for any future remodeling plans. We highly recommend Hennie and sons for your next home remodeling project."

"Sweet Home Improvements has done two jobs for us in the past year. The first to replace the carpeting in two bedrooms with Bamboo and the second to replace the carpeting in the master bedroom along with retiling the shower in the master bathroom. Janos Kovacs is the owner and operator of Sweet Home Improvements and does world class work and is an even nicer person. Janos takes great pride in his work. His craftsmanship and knowledge are superb. He also takes time to explain why he is doing things a particular way. On our first project he expressed concern regarding installing bamboo and explained what we had to be careful about in purchasing the flooring We had previously had bamboo installed in our living area, so already knew what to be concerned with, but it was reassuring to hear it from him prior to signing the contract. The installation of the floating floors was done quickly and looks great. Even better, is the quality of the work he did in the master shower. While not the largest shower, the care he took in all phases shows. The shower has an accent along the wall and the tile was approximately 1/8" thinner than the rest of the tile. I did not realize it, but Janos noticed it right off and explained how he would ensure that the accent tile was glued to be flush with the rest of the tile. Beyond the excellence of the work done, Janos is great in communicating, is timely in arrival and fastidious in cleaning up before leaving for the day. I will gladly use Sweet Home Improvements for any project I have in the future"
