"This is the third time we have used LK&B for remodeling our home. First came the kitchen, then the master bath, and now we finished the house by replacing all the floors and remodel of the guest bath. Each job was done professionally with beautiful workmanship. Dave took care of all the details making it effortless for the homeowner."

"George came promptly and professionally assessed our situation. He tested for drain issues, provided guidance to maintain, and helped us avoid large fees with highly professional consultation. I will hire him for more work and recommend this company."

"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"Followed up on condensation pump installation repair. Wires replaced, pump doing what it is supposed to. Thorough check. Professional, Polite and knowledgeable."

"We had a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian and Witty Innova did all the repairs except for the roof! Wonderful, talented group and outstanding communicators! I'm praying we never need that much work done again but would most definitely hire them!"

"I had a water heater issue. First idea was to find a good plumber on Angie's list so I put in the request. I got matched with 3 options and Kelly's was one of them. When I got a call from Kelly and we discovered the distance he would have to travel we agreed this was too far. Instead of just hanging up Kelly proceeded to talk me through how my water heater works, what things can / should I check on my own and precautions to take. Armed with this knowledge I successfully checked and am in the middle of confirming it is the top thermostat. The fix should be less the $20 bucks! The service and support over the phone from Kelly was top notch and was above and beyond in my opinion. I would highly recommend Kelly Plumbing for your plumbing needs. If the in house service is as good as the over the phone services you will not be disappointed! Thanks again for the help !!"

"Extremely fast and well done. They left the faucet running. I found it and turned it off about five to six hours later"

"Company review for local business-- This time: Ants short-circuited well pump switch & needed replacement (Last time a long while back: We moved in to house and needed a pump installed to existing well.) RESULTS: Both times, Billy Clark (and sometimes his crew, as needed) were fast, knowledgeable, honest, and-- to prove that last part-- reasonably priced. Both times their installation (Last time) and replacement (This time) worked just fine. Last time, power company had power surges due to bad grounding which caused unequal loading issues, and paid for replacement, but Billy and crew made good at very reasonable rates, and both service calls (Both for the new well hookup and this recent call) were fast, effective, courteous, and reasonably priced: AND-- MOST-IMPORTANTLY-- worked just fine (other than the power surge-- which was NOT well company's fault). I know enough about wells and electrical & mechanical things to know that they treated us fairly. Yeah, I'm glad to write a review for good techs. Would use again and recommend. "Excellent! McHugh's Residential Construction remodeled our kitchen a few years ago and did a wonderful job so we hired them again. This time they remodeled out bathroom. The bathroom is beautiful! They are hardworking, prompt, reliable and trustworthy. They were in communication with us throughout the project. They arrived when they said they would and worked all day. This was a full remodel. The work included; removing the drop ceiling, installing recessed lights, vanity light, a vanity with granite top, sink, faucet, mirror, tile shower, glass enclosure, wall tiles, paint on the walls, trim and door and more. It is beautiful! They listened to all of our concerns and helped with decisions. For example, one of my main concerns was the shower floor. I did not want anything that would be slippery at all. Bryan McHugh picked out the shower floor tile and it is perfect! We are planning on hiring them again for the guest bathroom and will complete another review when that bathroom is complete. We would highly recommend McHugh Residential Construction"
