A grounding rod needed to be installed at the house...Being familiar with electrical work myself, I would have preferred a neater dressing of the connecting grounding wire inside the house running to the circuit breaker panel. Otherwise OK. I'm not familiar with the "going rate" for electrical work, but the price vs time and materials seemed a bit high to me. "Landis did a fantastic job. There was a slight hiccup but the mark of a true professional is being able to manage the hiccup. There was a light that would stay on all the time after because the old wiring was such that it got changed to just power. They came back out and installed a different type of switch keeping that still in the same original price. They gave me options if I wanted on how to take care of it that would either fit in the same cost or I could pay more if I wanted something completely different. They make sure the customer knows what is available and make sure to take care of them. They will definitely be my go-to for any electrical work."
