The employees on the job were polite, friendly and hard workers.  There was no damage done to my shrubs or yard.  The cleanup was fantastic; you wouldn't know they had been there except for the great looking roof.
He and his office personnel were very responsive to all my questions.  And I called a lot before the job with many questions. They are extremely knowledgeable about their trade and obviously have a lot of satisfied customers by the number of good reports here.

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

One of the repairs he did for me was to fix a leak in our building and cool seal seams. He guaranteed the leak for six months. (written on receipt). Within a month and a half the leak returned. I have called, left messages for Mr Gunn on 4 different occasions, with no response. Not good business practices."
