"In May 2024, Scharm Floor Covering installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring in our basement. I've known the owner, Fred Scharm, and his team for years through the Des Plaines Chamber of Commerce, so there was no question about who to choose. My wife and I visited the showroom to look at samples. Fred and Kristy were friendly and explained the advantages of different brands. Luis, the installer, showed up on time, was diligent, and pleasant. He checked with me on any uncertainties and cleaned up after the installation, leaving us with a clean basement and gorgeous new floors. For quality control, Matt and Fred stopped by to adjust a couple of planks due to our uneven base flooring. Overall, it was a smooth process, and we’ll definitely call Scharm Floor Covering for future projects."
