"We had sales people out twice who are good at selling. We had three major issues which we pointed out. The first time we had work with gutters and some other repair we thought one of the major items would be fixed. We were told no that would be part of the siding work so we agreed to the siding but still did not get the one big issue fixed. On the sales side this company is amazing and you will get lots of calls to schedule the work. On the back side you will get crickets. There is no email, online presence or anything but a phone which is never accessible outside of hours. Some of us work so we can pay for the work we thought would be done. I cannot recommend Power even though we have had windows, gutters and siding done by them. Go somewhere else. You can certainly find less expensive alternatives that actually have a way to communicate."

"My roof was started leaking after the snow wad mounted, I called him on Friday and he came out Saturday and identified the problem then today (02/21) he and his crew came out to my house. They tore up the old roof, they reconstructed a portion in the front of my house and then they put a whole new roof. They did a beautiful job, they left my yard immaculate, they have a reasonable price but I will not post it here, and they were very professional."

"These guys are great? Prompt to respond, prompt to fix and at a really fair cost. During bad winter weather a high wind blew off 8 feet of our roof ridge vent on our 2 story house leaving a big 8 foot by 6 inch hole in our roof. We had a impending snow storm coming so I needed someone in here fast to avoid water damage to our ceilings. I called them in the morning, told them my problem and they had someone out here in a hour to look it over, The gentleman gave me a quote which was so much less than I thought it would be. I was ecstatic with the quote. I thought that since it was short notice, 13 degrees outside with high winds, the repair cost would reflect that, but no, it was very reasonable. After I accepted the quote, they had the repair man, Don, out in about 1 hour later. He promptly fixed the roof by replacing the whole roof vent and my stress about the impeding storm was gone. They were very nice, professional, courteous and did a excellent job at a fair cost....what more could I ask for? I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them."

"It was such a pleasure dealing with them. I spoke with Rich who was very reassuring. He even texted back to me in the evening when I texted him in a moment of panic. He assigned Justin to my case who arrived even earlier than scheduled, He listened to me--at times I was a little hyper because I was so worried. Asked if he could remove tiles. Explained what he saw. Used a tool to measure moisture in various areas like ceiling, paneling, etc. Shared what he believed to be the issue. Cleaned up the moldy patch and sprayed a larger area to disinfect. Gave me instructions on how to manage and watch area to avoid mold in the future. Super professional. If I recall right I believe this is a company with vets and those willing to serve, but are unable. That appealed to me. They have had my back so I am happy to have theirs. God bless.
