"My roof was started leaking after the snow wad mounted, I called him on Friday and he came out Saturday and identified the problem then today (02/21) he and his crew came out to my house. They tore up the old roof, they reconstructed a portion in the front of my house and then they put a whole new roof. They did a beautiful job, they left my yard immaculate, they have a reasonable price but I will not post it here, and they were very professional."

"Professional service, with a personal touch. Completed gutter drains, with no mess can barely tell where they put them. Very detail oriented. Highly recommend these guys! Will use them again for next home project."

"Very quick and thorough job. Roof was a complete tear off and reshingle job. Some roof repairs were included. Very satisfied."

"These guys are great? Prompt to respond, prompt to fix and at a really fair cost. During bad winter weather a high wind blew off 8 feet of our roof ridge vent on our 2 story house leaving a big 8 foot by 6 inch hole in our roof. We had a impending snow storm coming so I needed someone in here fast to avoid water damage to our ceilings. I called them in the morning, told them my problem and they had someone out here in a hour to look it over, The gentleman gave me a quote which was so much less than I thought it would be. I was ecstatic with the quote. I thought that since it was short notice, 13 degrees outside with high winds, the repair cost would reflect that, but no, it was very reasonable. After I accepted the quote, they had the repair man, Don, out in about 1 hour later. He promptly fixed the roof by replacing the whole roof vent and my stress about the impeding storm was gone. They were very nice, professional, courteous and did a excellent job at a fair cost....what more could I ask for? I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them."

"Illinois Affordable did a great job. We did a full roof replacement. Neither the least nor the most expensive, but very clear about their scope and quote. Work done in a timely, professional and neat manner. Owners on site each day to check on progress and quality of work. Would recommend to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement."

"My husband and I had water damage in the kitchen primarily under the kitchen sink and after getting the plumbing problem repaired, we hired a 'handyman" that we have worked with in the past. He distrubed the larger problem that existed and only exacerbated the mold problem that existed. This topical repair caused me to have immediate, severe health problems. I called a few "mold people" from the yellow pages and they all told me if i got the plumbing problem repaired the water will dry up and everything will be fine and I will be fine. EverythIng wAs nOt fine after a few days, it had gotten worse. I figured now is the time to get a membership for ANGIES LIST and see what she has to say about this. I looked and reviewed what others had to say about mold remediation and this directed me to www.customcraftenvironmental.com. I called Rich, he was over to my house the next day, he told me I was not crazy and that if I was having health problems the problem was very real, he did not scare me that I had an extreme problem, he educated me as to what the problem was and said his crew could fix it and thus my health concerns would resolve. His crew were at our house for a couple days, Rich was always available anytime I had questions or concerns. He and his crew were very attentive, professional, they are they subject matter experts on mold/water damage repair. I would definately hire Custom Craft Environmental again.

"The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. The initial visit from the remodeling consultant was very informative and detailed. He seemed to really care about my house, Unlike most roofing contractors who just try to make a quick sale. The install was a one day install for my 3300 sf roof. They also did an amazing job with there clean up process. I didn’t find a single nail in my yard unlike the last roof I got installed 14 years ago. I would highly suggest using power for your next home remodeling project. I will def be using them again in the future."

". I called this company based on the fact that a family member was employed by them years ago. He said they were simply the best. He was right. This family owned business represents the best in family owned businesses. Jim P came out and gave me a very fair price for both the roof and the sliding door. He said the work would be done within a certain time period. Guess what, it was! These guys are true professionals from A to Z. They showed up at 7AM to do start the roofing job. They took great care to make sure our shrubs and siding were well protected from the falling debris. They used long, wide tarps and numerous sheets of plywood leaned up against the home, doors, and windows to protect them. They tore the old roof off. Next they installed a top quality roofing system that looks fantastic. The shingles are dimensional and gave out home a completely new look. More importantly, they did an outstanding job installing the system. When they were done, they picked up all the debris and by 5PM that same day, other than an awesome looking new roof, there was no trace they were even here. They even went into the neighbors yards to inspect and make sure that no debris was left in their yards. The crew was truly amazing. hard working, professional, courteous, and very skilled. The new shingles look so good, that we get compliments all the time. 100% impressed with every aspect of the job.
The sliding door they replaced was bad. The old one leaked and was a real piece of junk. The new one is beefy, strong, and looks awesome with the low E 366 glass. the installer did a fantastic job and again, left no trace that he was even here.
This is a company i would recommend to anyone in need of a new roof, windows, doors, or siding. They really do care about the work they do. Very refreshing in this day and age. The owners are involved and the staff is very responsive. Jim P, my salesman, is friendly, and knows his stuff. We have other family members using their services now too. I urge anyone shopping for the items i mentioned above to contact these folks, you won't be disappointed. Pricing, service, and installation is all A++. This is a family owned business with a long history of doing great work. That speaks volumes in my opinion. Thank you Jim P and Krumwiede, you did a great job for us.
