"i LOVE these guys. it kinda feels like the customer service i used to get back in the 60's and 70's. there was a wind "storm" that came through my neighborhood a while back. i faired pretty good but about 25-30 shingles blew off. i called ruddy's and they showed up pretty quick. mister ruddy had knee surgery, so his son showed up. he told me the roof was ok except for the shingles that blew off. he didn't have the type or color of shingle i needed and told me he would return at a later time. (this is where the service goes from good to fantastic)....the son tells me he doesn't trust the weather and does some kind of temp job on that tarpaper stuff and says he will return. talk about a good call. i had three good rain storms before he returned for the repair. i got the before and after pictures. the price was fair and i couldn't be happier with the final outcome. FINALLY.....the trifecta of a business. price, service, and professionalism (and just basically fun folks)"

Their marketing person spent about 6 hours at my home inspecting/photographing the existing roof condition from the outside and inside the attic, explaining their product, the warranty, and the installation process. The materials were delivered the day before the installation. The 5-man installation crew showed up the next day as scheduled, including a truck-mounted trash bin. 8 hours later I had a new asphalt tile roof with new plywood wood base, liner and edge-to-peak ventilation system. The post install cleanup was thorough, including a magnet sweep for nails. The crew members were cordial, careful and thoroughly professional. However, I was told the workers would arrive at my house between 6 and 6:30 am because of the Phoenix heat and the workers arrived at about 5:30 am without advance notice. I was also told that the work would take three days, happily it only took two."
